Holocaust Digital Display

Shaar Shalom Holocaust Memorial Digital DisplayIn 1997, Shaar Shalom Synagogue erected a Holocaust Memorial, located in the main lobby.  The Memorial’s main feature is a beautiful wall, with a newly installed electronic screen, similar to the one at Yad Vashem.  This display now allows the names of the victims of the Holocaust to be seen continuously.

We invite all Shaar Shalom members to submit names of their loved ones who perished in the Holocaust, which should include the following information:

  • English & Hebrew Names
  • Name of their city, town and country
  • Copies of any photographs or documents, if you have them
  • Copies of any local pictures

Please use the form below.  Submissions should be sent to the Shul office.

Holocaust-Digital-Display-Donation-Form-Both-Sides.

There is no charge for having your family or relatives added to the memorial screen. Any donations to the Holocaust Memorial Fund in honour of the victims would be greatly appreciated. (all donations to Shaar Shalom are eligible for tax receipts).
