Shaar Shalom Synagogue Seniors Group is a vibrant and dynamic group of seniors. The group meets once a month (usually on the last Tuesday of each month from September to June) for a delicious lunch and a special program.
The group enjoys visits from prominent speakers on topical issues, movies, bingos, musical interludes and parties. Our past speakers have included Shaar Shalom’s Rabbi Martin Berman, Bernie Farber and Keith Landy from the Canadian Jewish Congress, Holocaust Survivor, Elly Gotz, and Israel’s Consul- General of Toronto, Ya’acov (Kobi) Brosh.
Programs are open to Shaar Shalom members and non-members. Everyone is welcome to attend!
